
Just F*cking Do It!

Welcome to my FIRST EVER blog!
No, your eyes are not deceiving you, I am swearing in my first ever blog. This feels like a bold move! But there's a very good reason...here's why.
I've been thinking about what to write in this FIRST EVER blog and the perfectionist in me started totally overthinking the whole thing. I was even googling templates and tips!
I stopped myself and asked "since when did you doubt yourself?"

I came to the following conclusions:
I was procrastinating and clearly did not want to do it
Why? Because I was kind of scared to
Why? I had a fear of being rejected (this is one of the things us humans fear most by the way)
So I decided...Just f*cking do it, trust your gut instinct!
You can do the same!
This whole process made me realise I want this blog to be authentic and honest!
In future blogs expect:
All things IBS! (Irritable Bowel Syndrome)
Gut health and our digestive system
Poo, bowel movements (BM), constipation and diarrhoea
Other "shi*ty" IBS symptoms like bloating, pain, cramps, nausea, excessive gas aka farting
The mental and emotional aspects of IBS like self-love, relationships, lack of energy, lack of confidence, anxiety, stress, depression and overall quality of life!
