​I was struggling to push through a barrier to scale up my work, and I couldn’t figure out why. I got in touch with Natalie and she very helpfully chatted the issue through, sent me a recording to get used to her in advance of our appointment, and then we had a great RTT session online just two weeks later.

I felt a great release and lightening on the day of the RTT session, and have seen consistent progress since then listening to my personalised recording.

I’m exceptionally glad I did the session and highly recommend Natalie. She’s very friendly, very helpful, and very professional, and she does what it says on the tin - rapid and transformational!

Natalie has changed my life in such a wonderful way. When I came across Natalie, I had truly hit rock bottom and I had tried absolutely everything. When I found her website, I booked an enquiry call straight away and I couldn't wait to talk to her. As soon as we spoke, it was like Natalie understood EVERYTHING that I had been through and that I was going through at the time. After our session, things 100% changed for the better. Before RTT, I was scared to go anywhere, spent most of my time on the toilet and so afraid of food, my diet was extremely restrictive in an unhealthy way. Now, I have been on so many trips away, always looking for new places to go to and I no longer look at ingredients whenever I eat something. The biggest thing is that after 8 years of being so scared to go on a plane, I finally went on one at the end of last year! I am so much happier in myself, I am out enjoying the world rather than being stuck in my bedroom wishing I had a better life. 

To be honest, I didn't think it was possible for me to get to this stage and I thought that I would always be so miserable. Natalie was truly such a shining light in my life and I am so grateful for her. She is so calming, knowledgable and caring, but also pushed me to be the best version of myself and made me realise the negative and harsh words that I was saying to myself. She made me see things in a completely different way. 

RTT was the best thing I did and I don't think I would have got to where I am without it. I still do have times where I might have situations that knock me back of course, but Natalie has given me the tools and knowledge to be able to get myself back on track. I couldn't have asked for a better person to guide me through this RTT journey. I genuinely looked forward to speaking to Natalie and would always get so happy when I would receive emails from her because she just always brightens up my day! 

After suffering from IBS and then a persistent 'allergic' cough from the age of 18, I cut gluten and lactose out of my diet at the age of 40. The symptoms were considerably elevated and only worsened if I ate the 'forbidden' foods again. After hearing about Natalie's successes at ridding people of IBS symptoms I signed up for her rapid transformational therapy to be rid of food intolerances - after all, what did I have to lose? My first few attempts at trying to eat gluten were very hesitant - I believed in the process but was still slightly sceptical that it would be as transformational as I'd hoped.

What a wonderful discovery! No return of symptoms. I am now happily eating everything that I have missed out on for the last 20 years.  I no longer feel like the 'difficult' one when visiting friends and relatives. Natalie's after care service, regularly checking in on me, has been second-to-none. I cannot recommend Natalie's treatment enough. The results have literally changed my life - I'm off to make myself a wheat-laden sandwich now.

I was diagnosed with IBS 11 years ago, after many hospital visits where I complained of several different aches and pains. 

IBS ruled all aspects of my life. I tried every imaginable diet, probiotics, exercise, therapy, medications, peppermint, yoga, meditation the list goes on. I had many medical exams, some very uncomfortable.

The symptoms would be marginally reduced only to return with a vengeance at the first sign of stress or trigger food. 

Every decision I made hinged on whether there was a toilet nearby and what the menu was. I developed many nutritional deficiencies due to a restrictive diet. 

After trying everything under the sun to no avail, I decided to do RTT as I had nothing to lose.

Natalie was very friendly and made me feel at ease right from the start.

I’m very glad I trusted RTT and Natalie because I have had no symptoms, flare ups or anything of the sort since. I am now able to eat what I want, I have more energy and feel more confident as a result.

I would highly recommend Natalie as a RTT practitioner. If you are considering this course of treatment, I definitely recommend Natalie to be your guide on this journey. :)

Before my session with Natalie, I did not have clarity on why I was unable to set boundaries with my family. Guilt and misguided responsibility towards them held me back from moving forward with my own life. However, I could not get rid of that guilty feeling and sadness, whenever I tried to say "no".  As a result, I felt stuck, helpless and desperate to get to the roots of it. I tried self-development courses, but I felt there was a block I could not identify. That is what Natalie helped me with. During the hypnosis I understood where the issue came from, which felt liberating.

The warmth of Natalie's character and her professionalism made me feel safe and understood during the session.

As a result of the session and recording I gained a sense of self-worth and a drive to make the desired changes in my life. A few month later I have more headspace to build my own business and it is finally showing results!

Working with Natalie was incredible, to say the least! When we first talked, I was having trouble with anxiety and stress and wanted to stop procrastinating on my work. Natalie guided me through the whole process, and I instantly felt a change when we were done. My wife even said I looked different! (in a good way!). Since then I followed all the steps, and I have achieved more in 4 weeks than the previous 4 months, easily, and my anxiety and stress are almost non-existent. When I met Natalie I had been in a pit of lifelong depression and negativity. To my surprise I thoroughly enjoyed RTT with Natalie, it was deep but not intrusive. The positive shift was immediate and I have felt a background of happiness ever since.

WOW! After my session with Natalie life really turned round for me in so many unexpected ways. Not only was I getting welcome RELIEF FROM IBS, but I also found lots of exciting changes in my life were happening that previously had been an issue for me, like finding love and losing weight! 

I am lighter emotionally and physically, and flow finally came into my life, which had not been there for many years.

For a long as I can remember I have had an unhealthy relationship with food, working with Natalie helped me see that I was constantly sending mixed messages to myself and how I decided which foods I did and didn't like without even trying them!

Working with Natalie was easy and effective. I had been suffering on the sugar rollercoaster since childhood. My head knew it wasn't what I wanted or needed, my body was suffering physically from binge eating on chocolate, biscuits etc. In one RTT session and 21 day audio, I went from feeling sad, in pain and frustrated to feeling no need or desire for chocolate, chocolate biscuits etc. whatsoever. Literally zero compulsion whatsoever! This has been the biggest burden in my life for so many years but no longer. Natalie was incredibly supportive and caring in her approach and I felt completely safe. I would definitely recommend working with Natalie if you have an issue that you feel like you have tried everything to overcome.

 My session with Natalie was amazing, I did not really know what to expect or how it would work via Zoom, but it was the best thing I have done. It has changed my life. For over 30 years I had been focussing on food, my weight and dieting to the point where everyday I would get up and think which diet I should do or what I could and couldn’t eat that day. When I wasn’t focussing on dieting and food, I was thinking about being a failure. Since my session and then listening to my personalised audio for 21 days, I am free from all of that, my stress levels are vastly reduced and I feel like a new person. I am shedding weight and exercising without realising!

​I had a session with Natalie a couple of months ago to help to address my over-eating. I’d been over-eating since the first lockdown and had unsuccessfully tried numerous diets but was unable to regain control of my diet. In my session with Natalie she helped me to make a breakthrough in understanding how out of control I had come to feel about my life and general and how my comfort eating was actually making me feel even more out of control. Natalie helped me to understand and tap into how I could myself regain control of my life including my eating. I listened to my recording every morning for 21 days and from day one I started to feel more in control, more confident and better about myself generally. A few months later and I feel back to myself, in control of my life,  more resilient than I was previously and I have also lost weight. Even though I had sought Natalie’s help to lose weight her help has actually had a much more profound and holistic effect on my life and wellbeing. Natalie was very easy to talk to and to trust, she was very supportive and reassuring and also very responsive. I would throughly recommend RTT with Natalie to anyone who needs some help on any area of their life. 

IBS was affecting my life for so long that I thought the symptoms of excess gas, bloating, irregular bowel movements were normal!

RTT with Natalie was enlightening and I’ve had an ALL ROUND IMPROVEMENT WITH IBS symptoms, I even feel lighter and more energetic!

Natalie is truly gifted. She listened to my concerns and absolutely nailed on the head exactly what I needed help with and provided an amazing transformational session for me. I have been battling with motivation to exercise - I love being active, but something was stopping me exercising. We quickly found and dealt with exactly where this block originally started. I understood where this was coming from, and then I released it…this was truly liberating.  I'm so pumped and motivated to exercise now!
