I certainly would have related to this question five years ago when I had been living with IBS for well over 10 years!
A life lived in pain, day in, day out. Mental health challenges. Wondering "when will be the next time I have a poo?"
I hear you, I see you and I am here to help you (really)! I am sure that you've probably tried everything, you're fed up, worn out, run down and maybe feeling there's nothing you have not tried. Feeling like you've officially given up all hope (almost).
If you're fed up of:

the worry about what food to eat
the fear of FODMAPS
saying no to social engagaments
wishing you didn't have to cancel meeting up with friends/family
being the 'weird one' with all the dietary requirements
having an unreliable gut
a painful stomach
I whole heartedly encourage you to take a leap towards wholeness, to take a step into the 'unknown'...I'm right here for you on the other side! RTT has completely changed my life for the better, and I hope that you take the leap so you can be free from IBS too!
I know it might feel very scary! But for one moment set the fears aside and consider what life might feel like without IBS...it's okay if you shed a tear :)
