You've guessed it...this week is all about STRESS & IBS!


If you have Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) you may have noticed that when you feel stressed the IBS symptoms get worse?


This may be when you're thinking "hello IBS flare up"! And all of those wonderful IBS symptoms may come out to play!


There are no two ways about it, our thoughts and feelings affect our tummies and IBS symptoms! This is all down to the gut-brain axis...I won't go into that detail here!


This is exactly why I recommend clients with IBS to have 2 Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) sessions with me to overcome IBS:

  • Session 1: managing the IBS symptoms

  • Session 2: overcoming the emotional triggers for the IBS (stress / anxiety / depression)


 

I lived with IBS for 15+ years, it affected my physical health and I had poor mental health as a result, but now...after having RTT myself, I am FREE FROM IBS!
